The Technical Architect - you will be expected to analyse and design Salesforce solutions within the Salesforce platform (spanning across Sales Service Experience Clouds) to support critical business functions and meet project objectives client requirements and company goals.   Communicate with project managers clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development testing and deployment.    Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.    Interact directly with client’s managers and end-users as necessary to analyse project objectives and capability requirements including specifications for user interfaces customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances.  You will devote time to research and recommend innovative and contemporary technology solutions for teams by leading R&D and POC efforts for Salesforce solutions. You should understand key technology trends and developments in the market.   Lastly you will be expected to mentor junior developers provide technical guidance to their assignments as well as perform code reviews on a periodic basis.

• A proven Salesforce professional with multiple full lifecycle Salesforce implementations and have 10+ years of IT experience with 8+ years of experience working with Salesforce. 
• Strong experience in Salesforce development - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud 
• Strong experience on Salesforce platform and integrations with other systems 
• Strong experience in Apex, Lightning Aura and Lightning Web Components development 
• Proven experience in demonstrating technical direction, development, and implementation of Salesforce software solutions 
• Lead the team to transform and develop new requirements into designs, development approaches and implementation 
• Ability to comprehend client requirements and provide the technical solutions 
• Strong knowledge of AGILE/SCRUM Processes 
• Conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements 
• Communicate with project manager, architect, and other developers to design cohesive development strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment 
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing requirements 
• Implement Salesforce platform best practices  
• Create technical design from Functional design/Requirement  
• Able to troubleshoot with debugging skill and perform configuration, customization, and deployment. 
• Experience working with SFDX and deployment Tools 
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and setting up various code quality checks in the pipelines. 
• Technology literacy and ability to translate between business leaders and technical teams 
• Highly collaborative and with the ability to lead by influence 
• Highly self-motivated, energetic, and passionate team-oriented individual
