The Team Lead - Salesforce will have ownership of responsibility for the successful implementation, integration, configuration and customization of Salesforce clouds and Salesforce custom development for Catalyst’s Salesforce customers from project initiation to full customer production roll-out. In this capacity you will have solid knowledge in Salesforce functionality, technology, and implementation in order to provide your projects and our team with a combination of pre-sales activities, solution consulting, technical contribution leadership, hands-on development and mentoring.

The key job responsibilities include the following:

• A proven Salesforce professional with multiple full lifecycle Salesforce implementations and have 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce
• Strong experience in Salesforce development - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
• Strong experience on Salesforce platform and integrations with other systems
• Strong experience in Apex, Lightning Aura and Lightning Web Components development
• Proven experience in overseeing the technical direction, development, and implementation of Salesforce software solutions
• Lead the team to transform and develop new requirements into designs, development approaches and implementation
• Ability to comprehend client requirements and provide the technical solutions
• Strong knowledge of AGILE/SCRUM Processes
• Communicate with product owner, architect, and other developers to design cohesive development strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing requirements
• Create technical design from Functional design/Requirement
• Able to troubleshoot with debugging skill and perform configuration, customization, and deployment.
