Job Description

The key job responsibilities include the following:

• Should have 5+ years’ experience in building datawarehouses and 2+ years of relevant experience in SAP Datawarehouse/HANA.
• Strong ETL background with Good datamodeling experience.
• Good understanding of various datawarehouse schema flavours like Star/snowflake etc..
• Very strong experience with SQL Script, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Function Calls, Designing tables, data loads, calculation views.
• Strong experience in SAP DWH, DWH cloud and SAP HANA.
• Building extract-transformation-load (ETL) processes, BW query creation, Composite providers, Advanced DSOs and using BW objects exposed as HANA views.
• Experience in integrating various datasources and creating data pipelines to bring data into SAP DWH.
• Experience and ability in HANA native SQL coding development and analysis Experience in HANA & BW related areas .
• Enable consumption of reporting and analytics solutions in front-end reporting tools like SAP Analytics for Cloud, Fiori or any other Business objects reporting tools.
• Ensure built BW4/HANA objects are efficient, sustainable, scalable and simple.
• Ability to create, maintain and optimize queries, views and stored procedures. Should be able to analyse and understand complex queries.
• Good understanding on various SCD's like type-1, type-2, type-3 etc..
• Knowledge on SAP datahub and SAP Data Intelligence.
• Knowledge on DWH Security on cloud.
